• How much does the app cost?
  It's free! All you need is an iPhone or iPod Touch running iOS4.
• Can I use the app when I don't have a network connection?
  Yes. You can log activities, food, water and weight, and set goals without a network connection. While you are offline, the app will not back up your data to the website, so there may be times when the website doesn't reflect all you've logged with the app.
• What is the Fitbit Tracker?
  Fitbit's super sensitive 3-D motion sensor tracks your day down to details a pedometer can't catch, giving you access to the exact steps you take, calories you burn and distance you travel and even sleep. You can check your real time stats at any time with a quick glance at your Fitbit tracker so you know how close you are to your fitness goals throughout the day.
• Will the app upload my Fitbit tracker data through my phone?
  No. You can use your phone to log activities like walking, yoga, or weight lifting, but steps and activity measured by your Tracker still have to be uploaded via plugging the Fitbit base station into your computer. The app displays your last sync time so you always know how recent your stats are.
• Does the app allow my phone to track steps?
  No. The iPhone can do a lot of things, but even it simply can't come close to the Fitbit Tracker as a way to measure your full day's steps, distance, and calories burned.
• Do I have to register an account?
  No. You can use the app without registering. However, when you create an account, you can back up your data and you get additional free and helpful web features including detailed stats, sleep data, and leaderboards.
• What is a Food Goal?
  It is a tool to keep you on track with weight loss or maintenance. It calculates a personal target zone of how many calories you should consume in a day--and remember your Fitbit tracker's always watching, your target zone increases as you burn extra calories. Food Goal also estimates the date you will reach your weight goal. Note: As with any fitness program, we recommend speaking with a doctor before starting your new plan.
• Where is my sleep data?
  For those of you who have the Fitbit Tracker, you currently can't see your sleep data on the iPhone app. To track how well and how long you have been sleeping, please visit fitbit.com.
